Each support group is individually tailored for those of us who need extra support in specific areas of our lives. Here at FSO, all of our facilitators have lived experience and have been hand-picked to run these support groups based on their knowledge and life journeys. What you will gain from attending these groups is far more than knowledge. It's a community of people coming together to share their resources, thoughts, and make connections. Reminding us that we are not alone in anything that we go through. Support Groups are held via zoom and in person! There is no pressure to participate. Just come and listen to see how you feel! There will always be something to take away from each session!

Childcare Information

Child Care is offered for all in person support groups for children 10  and under. 

If you need childcare please make sure to include how many children will be in attendance in your registration as well as their ages.
