Youth Partnership was developed by Camden County Family Support Organization to educate youth and young adults about mental health issues. Our mission is to help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illnesses by advocating for each other in our community. By doing this, it allows everyone's voice to be heard. Youth Partnership is a family of youth and young adults between the ages of 13-21 dealing with behavioral, emotional and mental health challenges. Together, they offer one another support through open discussions, volunteering, and form a life-long connection. Our YP coaching team is made up of our dedicated CCFSO and volunteer members; whose sole mission is to support, advocate, and guide teens and young adults of all abilities. If you have any questions or would like to join us please fill out the contact form below.
